– Cloby – cox^® is a coccidiostat product containing the active

ingredient 3,5-dichloro-2,6-dimethyl- 4-pyridinol (clopidol), which is a pyridone-derivative.

It is effective against coccidiosis caused by Eimeria tenella, E. acervulina, E. maxima, E. necatrix,

E. brunetti, E. mitis and E. praecox. On cellular level, clopidol leads to an inhibition of the development

of sporozoites and trophozoites of the mentioned Eimeria species.

As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis in broiler chickens and chickens reared

for laying up to 16 weeks of age caused by Eimeria tenella, E. acervulina, E. maxima, E. necatrix,

E. brunetti, E. mitis and E. praecox.

As an aid in the prevention of leucocytozoonosis caused by Leucocytozoon smithi in turkeys.

MODE OF ADMINISTRATION:

Orally, well homogenized into the feed. Cloby – cox^® should be thoroughly

and evenly mixed in the feed in accordance with current good manufacturing practice for medicated feed.

TARGET SPECIES:

Broiler chickens.

Chickens reared for laying up to 16 weeks of age.

Turkeys.

For prevention of coccidiosis in broiler chickens and chickens reared for laying,

Clopidol is most frequently used at a concentration of 125 ppm.

This can be achieved by blending 500 g of Cloby – cox^® per ton of feed.

In case of severe infection, the dosage can be increased up to 250 ppm.

For treating of leucocytozoonosis in turkeys, the amount of Clopidol is 125 to 250 grams per ton of feed.

The product must be mixed with other ingredients before feeding in order to have an optimal homogeneity

and to avoid segregation. Mixing and conveying equipment should be properly cleaned to prevent carry-over.

In the original packing, well closed, in dry and well-ventilated facilities,

protected from direct sunlight at temperature below 25°C.

– CONTERCOCC^® contain Diclazuril which is the major member of the Benzeneactonitriles group;

it is a safe and potent coccidiocidal drug. Diclazuril is highly effective against Coccidia

in chickens and turkeys, the mode of action against the parasite stage is species specific,

thus in E. maxima coccidiocidal activity is directed against the zygotes,

and in E.brunetti against the gametocytes, it is effective against the later schizont stages of E.acervulina

and both schizont and gametocytes of E.tenella.

– CONTERCOCC^® contain vitamin K3 which helps in hypovitaminosis ofvitamin K3,

long-term chemotherapeutic treatment in poultry and infectious diseases such as hepatitis

or gastro-enteritis.

– CONTERCOCC^® is indicated for treatment of Coccidiosis in chicken caused by

E. tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. maxima, E. brunette, E. mivati, E. mitis, and in turkeys

caused by E. adenoides and E. meleagridis.

Depending on the severity of the outbreak CONTERCOCC^® WSP can be used in different dose levels in the drinking water.

Add 1 gm of the CONTERCOCC^® into 4-8 L of drinking water for 3 -5 days

and medicated water must be consumed within 24 hours.

Broilers, replacements, laying hens, breeders and turkeys. Cattle and calves.

Diclazuril is a chemical anticoccidial, a benzene acetonitrile derivative – synthetic compound of the triazinone family.

Diclazuril is has a mode of action completely different from the existing ionophores and chemicals, available on the market.

According to the anticoccidial properties of triazinone, diclazuril is active against intracellular development stages of coccidia,

namely during schizogony and gametogony.

After diclurazil treatment, the first- and second-generation schizonts show extensive degenerative changes

which are characterized by the loss of internal structure, the appearance of many intracytoplasmic vacuoles

and incomplete merogony.

Ultrastructural findings indicate that diclazuril treatment primarily affects the normal differentiation

of the respective endogenous stages during parasite development.

This leads to complete degeneration of schizonts and gamonts.

As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima,

E. mitis, E. praecox, E. necatrix and E. tenella in broiler chickens and chickens reared for laying.

As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria adenoeides, E. meleagrimitis

and E. gallopavonis in turkeys for fattening.

As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria irresidua, Eimeria media,

Eimeria flavescens, Eimeria intestinalis, Eimeria perforans, Eimeria piriformis,

Eimeria stiedai, Eimeria magna, E. exigua and E.coecicola in rabbits for fattening and breeding.

For the prevention of E. numidae and E. grenieri in guinea fowls.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

No contraindications are known under correct usage of the product.

MODE OF ADMINISTRATION:

Orally, mixing into the feed.

Mix 500 gram of DIEO-COX^® per ton of complete feed.

This results in a final concentration of 1 g diclazuril per ton of feed (1 ppm).

To ensure thorough dispersion of the product, it should be mixed

with a suitable quantity (20-25 kg) of feed ingredients before incorporation in the final mix.

TARGET SPECIES:

Broilers, chickens reared for laying, turkeys for fattening, rabbits for fattening and breeding and guinea fowls.

Mix 500 gram of DIEO-COX^® per ton of complete feed.

SIDE EFFECTS:

None under correct use of the product.

The product has a high degree of safety margin in the target species.

WARNING:

Do not mix or use simultaneously with any other anticoccidial.

Store under dry conditions below 25ºC.

and in turkeys caused by E. adenoides and E. meleagrimitis.

Add 100 ml of DYNOCOCC PLUS^® into 500-1000 L of drinking water

for 2 days and medicated water must be consumed within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Time:

Meat: 5 days

Eggs: Do not use for birds producing eggs for human consumption.

The time of stability for the mixed solution is four hours after mixing so storing

for long time will influence the curative effects.
